Why Choose Eco Heat

ENGINEERED
FOR EXCELLENCE.

01

Full Project Management

We handle every trade involved: plumbing, plastering, electrics, tiling, fitting and finishing. You deal with one team and one point of contact throughout, and we take full responsibility for every element of the work.

02

Plumbing & Tiling In-House

The plumbing and tiling on your bathroom are carried out by our own team, not subcontractors. We pressure-test all pipework before tiling begins, so there is no risk of a hidden leak emerging once the walls are complete.

03

Fixed-Price Quotes

Our written quotes are detailed, itemised and all-inclusive. There are no surprise additions once work begins. We can work to a specific budget – tell us what you want to achieve and we will advise on how to get the best result.

What We Install

We handle full bathroom installations, en-suite fittings, wet room installations and bathroom refurbishments. Our scope includes stripping out the existing suite, routing new plumbing supplies and waste pipes, fitting baths, basins, WCs and shower enclosures, tiling walls and floors, and installing heated towel rails, extractor fans and mirrors. We also take care of all plastering and electrical works required as part of the project, so you are never left coordinating separate trades. For wet rooms we carry out full structural waterproofing (tanking) of walls and floor before tiling, with correctly graded drainage to Building Regulations standards. We also carry out bathroom refreshes, replacing just the suite, taps or tiling, where the basic layout is retained.

Our Bathroom Installation Process

We start with a site visit to your property to discuss your ideas, measure the space and note any constraints. Once you have chosen your suite, tiles and accessories – which we can help with through our supplier network – we provide a fixed-price and agree a start date. Before handover, we carry out a full inspection and address any snagging items promptly. Unlike some contractors, we test all pipework under pressure before tiling commences, ensuring any issues are identified and resolved while the walls are still accessible.
